Until I got there, I had no idea how much these people would change my life. My brother and sister in law showed me pictures when they got back from their first year there. I remember thinking, "oh, those kids are cute." I didn't really think much else. When they asked us to come with them that next year. I thought it would be fun, but I did not realize that it would give me a passion that I had never known.
These people. They are such a huge part of my heart. It is so easy to come back to America, and over time, forget about the extreme love that you have for them. Sure, we think about them all of the time, but the hurt of leaving them gets easier and easier as each day goes by.
So, all of that to say. I know some of y'all don't get it. I was there three years ago. They were just people in a picture, but now they are a huge part of my life and I love them to bits a pieces. I am soo excited because I get to see all of them again in 9 days, and I am PUMPED!
