OK, So I love you Liptonshire

So, assuming everything goes as planned, we will be owning a house on April 15th. That is our closing date and it looks like 9311 Liptonshire Dr. will be our new address...Let me know if you want the full address to send gifts:) JK. The guy came back to us and said that he would fix everything that we had requested, so that is a big blessing. He had told us that he had someone else waiting to buy the house, but obviously that wasnt true because he called us back right after we sent the termination thing...I think he was just trying to get us to settle, but no no no. We dont settle. We want nothing but the best...ok not really,we are buying a 50 year old house with a 30 year old furnace. So thats all. Quite exciting. We will be building a fence and painting everything so if anyone has nothing to do and would like to help out, we are accepting applications starting today:).
