So day one of no shopping/losing weight was yesterday. It didnt go all that well. I ate a lot. I have realized that I am a slave to food. It's not because I have some issue. (or maybe it is and I dont realize it) I think its just that I like food. But after reading my friends blog rockabyerestoration,I have realized that my food over eating is a sin...I actually knew it the entire time, I just didnt want to admit it. So, IM ADMITTING IT!
Today when I had a chicken salad sandwich for lunch, I used one piece of bread instead of two. I have also been drinking water. I wasnt great for breakfast (two muffins) but its baby steps right?
Here are some more before (fat) pictures of me. Angie my niece is in them with me! We went to Taylor Swift together! By far the best concert I have ever been to. She is such a performer!

I cheer you on, but would like to propose an amendment to this post title: "Get Wise (financially) and Get Healthy (physically)". Rich and Skinny aren't as great of goals as Americans make them out to be ;-)

I delete all of my bad pictures. The double chin and fat pictures dont exist anymore because I have deleted them!
