Food Diary Again...




Y'all ever since I stopped recording the food that I eat on this darn blog, I have eaten nothing but crap. I have continued to work out, but have stopped eating anything healthy. I hate to ask you three readers out there to have to see what I eat everyday, but I'm pretty sure its the only way that I will stay accountable to eating healthy. So, I will still post other blogs, but I will be posting what I eat at least once a week (combining all of the days into one post) Sorry that I must make you suffer by reading my boring food blogs, but if it helps me lose weight, then suffer, you must. Ill start it up on Monday....no since in doing this to myself this weekend:) Thanks for the encouragement on the last food diary and please continue to encourage me on this one!!

I agree, Sarah! You can do it! And don't worry...this post's pics looks so familiar to me! You're not alone in your struggle!!!! It's hard!
