I had oatmeal for breakfast. YUCK 100 calories and I am now drinking half a cup of coffee and trying not to have any cream in it. I put in one tablespoon so thats 45 calories. 1 bottle of water down, 5 more to go.
Its 12:30 and I have now had a half of a veggie sandwich that consisted of one slice of whole wheat bread, lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, mayo, and one slice of swiss cheese. about 180 calories!!! (not worth it!)I have also had two more bottles of water which means 3 more to go for the day!
Its 2:30 and I just had a lean cuisine. I was hungry. 250 calories because I didnt eat the chicken. Thats 575 for the day so far. Not good!
Its 5:12 and I am currently eating a bag of 100 calorie baked cheetos. They are fabulous and Im going to make them last until 5:30. Then Im going home to walk the dogs and prepare dinner. Im thinking grilled chicken breast, broccoli, and something else. We shall see.
For dinner I had spanish rice, broccoli, and grilled chicken with some ketchup. Im giving it 400 calories but I think it was less because that is a salad plat...a big salad plate, but a salad plate none the less and its mostly broccoli on the plate. Very small piece of chicken and not much rice at all.
For dessert I had a 100 calorie cookie packet and then later tonight I had a frozen ice thing for 60 calories. That brings me to a total of 1235 for the day. BUT I went to the gym with my friend and did weights...because we were switching off and on it was prob only for a grand total of 15 minutes, but 15 minutes of constant weight lifting aint bad. Then I went and speed walked for 45 minutes. Total calories burned for that is about 350. Thats 885 for the day. Not bad!!!

You just type in whatever your food is (apple, for instance) and hit "go" and it let's ya know what's in it.
