Day 10

So, how do you lose weight quickly? You puke your guts out from food poisoning. That's what I hoped was happening to me last night, but instead of puking, I was just nauseous from 5am till now. No puking, which I guess was God answering my prayer because every time I sat down by that toilet and prepared myself, I said, "Please God no. Please God no." and He answered my prayers because I didn't throw up once. I do think he was punishing me however, for eating that hamburger yesterday. Its the only thing I can think of that would have given me a mild case of food poisoning.

Anyway, so no sudden weight loss but that's ok:) I have 29 days to get food poisoning again:)

So far today, I have had coffee with 90 calories of coffee creamer. Don't judge me. Its the only thing that sounded really good to me after being sick all night. I have also been drinking my water. Charlotte, one of my favorite volunteers here at the pregnancy center is coming today and she always brings Kolaches. I plan on eating them. I will sacrifice by eating an apple for lunch.

That's all for now. John's best friend's wife is in labor so pray for safety for the baby and her if you think about it! Yay TA and Katherine!!!!

Ok so I had two Koloches but I spread them out and just had my second one. (its 1:20) The first one was 160 calories, but the second one I tore most of the bread off of, so Im calling it 140 cals. So far for the day I have had 390 calories. Im going to have an apple here in a little bit. Fun fun.

Its 3:00 and I had to go buy some water, so I stopped by McDonalds and got a four peice chicken nugget. Its 190 calories. That puts me at 580.

OK so I had a hershey kiss before I left work. Thats 26 calories.

Then I went to Randy and Allisons and Allison made me AWESOME Tilapia and Green beans with whole wheat toast. We'll call it 450 cals. For dessert when I got home I had..... a bowel of icecream. I KNOW I KNOW. I gave into temptation. We will say that was 500 cals. That brings me to 1556 I think. I didnt work out. But Im ok with tonight. The end.
