Day 28

After getting on the scale this morning, I was depressed (added a pound to my life). So, today I have had an apple (70 cals). two cups of green tea, and some string cheese (60 cals).

So, if you ever say to yourself, "Self, you should buy a frozen dish of tuna casserole. It looks good." Dont listen. It's not. I tried to eat that for lunch today, but only choked down a little over half of it. so thats about 150 calories. and some carrots about 50 calories so thats 330 for the day so far, and then Im going to get coffee with a friend which is 90 calories.

Had a turkey wrap 250 cals, some penut butter m&ms (no more than 100 calories worth) and a 60 calorie frozen thing. Also had a small salad with a little dressing about 70 calories

Thats 810 for the day and I burned 525 running.
