Day 24 has left me tired and hungry. I tried the dress on last night and it still doesnt fit, so I have revved up my plan. I woke up at 6:45 this morning and hit the gym. I burned 400 calories and am headed back there this afternoon. I have eaten a string cheese (60 cals) a kolache (tore off most of the bread) 100 cals and a salad with peppers, carrots and spinach leaves (200 cals) That brings me to negative 40 calories. Not bad, not bad. I think I might get some chick fila nuggets after work ( I get off early today) because I need some protein!
I walked the dogs after work and burned about 200 calories (walked for 40 minutes)
I then went to the Pregnancy Center banquet and ate mashed potatoes and some type of brisket. YUMMY. Thats all I ate though. I didnt eat the dessert! GO ME!!
I figure I ended the day up somewhere around 500 calories. Crazy. I prob ate around 1100

Have you heard of FAGE greek yogurt? The fat-free is super thick and creamy and has only 90 calories and (I think) around 15 grams of protein. It is very tangy since it is plain, but you could experiment with putting splenda on it. SuperTarget sells it.
