Food Diary Day 1

OK friends. Today is day one of my food diary. I can already tell that this will be helpful because today instead of putting French Vanilla Creamer in my coffee, I put splenda and skim milk. So, below you will see pictures of everything that I have eaten for the day. Below that will be the calorie count. Im also going to try to drink 100 oz of water each day. I will be peeing a lot! Below the calorie counting, I will put my exercise for the day! My goal is no more than 1500 calories intake in food and I would like to burn about 400 a day working out.







So far: Coffee with Splenda and skim milk = 15 calories...only drank half of it
Cereal with skim milk = 130 calories
salad with carrots and fat free honey mustard = 100
6 bottles of water = 0 CALORIES!!!!
1 chicken in peanut sauce lean cuisine = 280
1 Turkey Sandwich from Great Outdoors with lettuce/onions/peppers/low fat mayo/vinegar/oil = 450....Didnt eat all of it! Left a little less than half so thats gonna bring it back to about 350 prob less.
small Dr. Pepper = 150
1/3 a pint of fat free mango sorbet = 225...sooo good

Total 1250 which is great because Im not hungry at all.

WORK OUT: walked up 40 flights of stairs...thats right.
Walked at a brisk pace for 45 minutes

DAY 1 COMPLETE!!!!!!

Ever heard of Hungry-Girl? Her website and emails are FULL of really yummy low-cal foods.
