Today I have had an apple 60 calories
coffe with half real cream/ fat free cream 60 cals because I didn't drink it all
and right now I am eating carrots, cucumbers and a dressing that I made last night thanks to Brenna's gift that she gave me!!! I'm going to call this (with the dressing) about 100 calories. might be less, might be a bit more, but you cant get healthier than this!
So my day was going well until I ate a piece of chocolate cake. Sad. One of my favorite volunteers was leaving us today so we had cake to say goodbye. I had a small piece but looked it up and think it was around 280 calories. SAD! What a waste!
That brings my total to 500 calories. I'm done till dinner. Woe is me.
Tonight I had half a chicken breast that i fried in a skillet with EVOO and bread crumbs over whole wheat pasta and fresh tomatoes. Im going to say it was about 600 calories.
After that, I was starving, so I had string cheese 60 calories and then I had a 100 calorie cookie pack. I then went and walk/ran 3 miles at 9 because I skipped out on Pilates (I was feeling sick and light headed) After I finished working out I ate about 75 calories in snack mix that Casey made. YUMMO!
Total of 1335 minus about 220 for my exercise. 1115 for the day!!!
