Day 14 is proving to be a healthier day.
I have had an apple. 60 calories
a little bit of coffee with half real creamer and half fat free creamer and then I only drank half of it. 35 calories
Then I had cucumbers, tuna, and carrots. YUCK, but still healthy. 100 calories (if that)
So, its 1:17 and I have only had 195 calories, but have eaten quite a lot.
To jill, mixing half fat free and half real is a great idea! It tastes almost the same. It really doesnt save that many calories, but its good. 1 tablespoon of fat free is 25 cals and one real is 45 cals. I think its going to help me get used to the taste of the fat free though.
For the rest of the day I had 2 hershy kisses and a bag of 100 calorie doritos. Then I went to PARADISE!!! and had a chocolate chip cookie, an asian chicken salad, and a half turkey sandwich with bacon on a croissant with mayo and ranch. dont worry. I counted in these calories for the day and ended with 1275 calories for the day. SOrry I havent been posting pics. I went to a coupon clipping class last night and got home late!

How is the fat-free half and half? I'm addicted to the real stuff and love your idea of substituting half real, half diet.
One thing I like to make that is low-cal and pretty healthy is omelets if you make them with Egg Beaters. 1 carton has about 210 calories and you can add chunky salsa for around 20-30 calories and have a really yummy and filling meal.
