Day 22

Calories so far: 130

Today is a new day. Today I will not eat 12 oreos. Today I will go to my pilates class and then run afterwards. Today I will eat a salad for lunch. Tonight when I get home I will not eat crap. I will eat healthy food....Thats my plan for now at least:)Its 10am so I have a ways to go...

Its 1:45 and I have now had TONS of water a spinach salad with chopped peppers and carrots and homemade dressing (Thank you brenna and Casey) Thats about 110 calories if that.

I then went to the grocery store to buy diapers and bought myself some california rolls with brown rice and no soy sauce. I have had two. Thats 70 calories. I will have two more before the day is over so lets just say 140

Im sipping on some hot green tea right now. NASTY!, but 0 calories and its supposed to help your metabolism. I wish I was that skinny little toothpick person that could eat whatever she wanted, but alas, I am not.

Just had another sushi roll. So thats another 35 calories.

So, total for the day so far is 415. Im going to try to stop until dinner. Its so boring at work today so there is nothing to do and so I have plenty of time to eat...

Ate a Hershey kiss before I left for work 26 calories

Came home and made a delicious wrap! turkey, basil paste, tiny tiny bit of mayo, mustard, and spinach leaves in a 50 calorie wrap. Ate that with a bag of 100 calorie Cheetos and a small cup of light cranberry juice. Im going call it a 540 calorie dinner, but I dont think it was that much. 981 calories for the day. I'm so going to eat a 100 calorie pack of cookies when I get home from the gym.

I was told today by a trainer that if I want to fit into that dress by the 10th, than I need to run 3-4 miles a day....

You can do it! Working out is suppose to make you crave healthy food, so being disciplined in that area should help with the unhealthy cravings. In theory ;-) Love you! can't wait to see you in 16 days!
